Program Amendments
Although every effort will be made to keep presentations as represented, the organisers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme and cannot take responsibility for any speakers who cancel their appearance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must e advised in writing at least 15 working days prior to the event. An administration fee of 20% will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or a cancellation is received within 15 working days prior to the event. Substitutions within organisations can be made up to 2 working days prior to the event without penalty.

Registration Fees
Communicate 2016 – 2 Day Conference
Fee includes arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea and lunch – Day One.
Fee includes arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, lunch and networking drinks – Day Two.
Communicate 2016 – Conference Dinner, Monday 26 September
Fee includes 3 course alternate service dinner and beverages (beer, wine, soft).

Privacy Statement
The information provided in this registration form will be used to: process payment, create a conference name tag, publish in a participants list for the event (provided to sponsors), and used in mailing list for future related events. Please email alex@onqevent.com.au if you do not want your details included in participants list or retained for our mailing list.

Photo Disclaimer
Photos taken at the event may be used for marketing purposes including internal or external websites and social media. If you do not wish to have your photo published, please advise us in writing by emailing alex@onqevent.com.au within 24 hours of registering.
