  • Communication

“In language we love and hate, we admire and despise, we suffer, exalt and despair”

    -Fernando Flores

And we all pay an enormous price for poor communication.

    Conflict

Whether at work, at school, in families or in commercial dealings, conflict is an opportunity for effective communication and collaboration; but what skills do we need?

    Barriers

What are the barriers to taking up the opportunity for better conflict management and resolution?

    Escalation

Why do disputes escalate, and how can Dispute Resolution providers and processes foster effective communication skills?

    Benefits

With effective communication skills we will no longer feel the need to avoid or suppress conflict, but can manage and learn from it - making it possible to correct what led to the problem in the first place, prevent future conflicts, and discover how to improve our overall ability to resolve disputes.
